SPLITBOARD FREERIDE

Our Splitboard Freeride course is all about maximizing conditions and will involve everything from lift accessed runs, short hikes to Splitboard touring days. If you are looking for a Splitboard experience but don’t want to spend all week hiking, this is the course for you.

SPLITBOARD SAFARI 

LOCATION: St Foy    Instuctor/Client Ratio 1/5

Our Splitboard Safari week is designed for riders who have got the Splitboard bug and want to take it to the next level, by getting out there and exploring. This course will take you from the powder haven of St Foy to it’s more famous neighbours of Tignes and Val D’Isere before finishing up in a quiet corner of Italy. It’s all about looking for the best snow conditions by taking the path less traveled, to access those secret powder stashes.

SEASON OPENING SHRED

Freeriding is all about creativity, self-expression and above all fun but at the same time requires a solid foundation and strong technique. This five day course is a chance to get some early snow time, work on technique and above all explore Tignes vast freeride terrain.

Splitboard Adventure

Spring in the arctic circle is a magical time, the longer days and warmer temperatures provide the perfect Splitboarding conditions. Backcountry Freestyle

Our Backcountry Freestyle week is all about air time, whilst exploring Tignes unparalleled natural terrain. Whether you want to perfect your methods or simply improve your powder landings, this course is for you. With the emphasis on seeking out and judging natural freestyle terrain, we’ll combine lift accessed runs with some short hikes to discover Tignes best Backcountry terrain.

Backcountry Freeride

LOCATION: St Foy  Instructor/Client Ratio 1/6

For the fifth year in a row Stentiford Snowboarding will be partnering up with The White Room in St Foy, to bring you three weeks of Backcountry snowboarding fun.  The aim of this week is to ride as much powder as physically possible. With endless options available to us from St Foy’s famous Foglietta to the Grande Motte in Tignes. This week will combine runs from the lift with short hikes to maximize conditions on offer.
